About YoungMD Connect

The first 10 years of your medical career are full of new experiences, life-changing decisions, and countless opportunities. With many paths to choose from, don't worry—we've got you covered. The mission of YoungMD Connect (YMDC) is to fill gaps in training and provide opportunities for mentorship and professional growth for soon-to-be and newly practicing physicians focusing on dermatology and/or aesthetics.

YMDC aims to reach everyone from medical students who are just realizing their interest in dermatology and/or aesthetics to specialized dermatologists and aesthetic physicians who are navigating the early stages of their career after training—and all of the residents and fellows in between. Our goal is to provide a platform that facilitates meaningful connections in the dermatologic and aesthetics communities and empowers the next generation of leaders to make informed decisions about the future.
